- Maintain precise inventory levels in the Pharmacy by adhering to standard operating procedures, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Ensure the Pharmacy is well-maintained and presents a clean, professional environment for both staff and patients.
- Uphold the professional standards of the Pharmacy area in accordance with established guidelines.
- Communicate important updates from corporate to all Pharmacy and OTC associates.
- Implement all initiatives assigned to the Pharmacy by the Professional Services team.
- Build collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers within the store.
- Guarantee that the Pharmacy operates during designated business hours.
- Support the OTC manager in their daily responsibilities.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience by assisting customers in locating products.
- Develop strong working relationships with Professional Services District Managers and other key stakeholders.
- Process prescriptions and refill requests from customers and healthcare providers.
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and safe filling of prescriptions while providing counsel to patients on pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- Be proficient in operating all pharmacy equipment.
- Safeguard patient privacy and comply with relevant regulations.
- Ensure patients receive all entitled services tailored to their specific needs.
- Maintain operational hours as posted.
