- Safely collect blood from donors
- Execute phlebotomy procedures adhering to health regulations
- Deliver exceptional service to donors, colleagues, and volunteers
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate donor registration and screening processes
- Ensure donor safety and comfort throughout the procedure
- Oversee the secure processing and management of blood products
- Assist in the collection of whole blood and apheresis components
- Organize donor clinics at mobile events
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program or relevant experience
- Basic proficiency in computer applications
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous
