Position Overview

The Community Welfare Plus Center Inc is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of a Community Support Facilitator. This position involves overseeing various community service initiatives aimed at enhancing the well-being of our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months and less than 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise support personnel.
  • Conduct administrative and operational tasks.
  • Evaluate clients' skills and identify areas for growth.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute specific community service programs.
  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure the safety of children during parental visits.
  • Recruit, screen, and train volunteers and support staff.
  • Provide assistance to clients with special requirements.
  • Lead office and volunteer team operations.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
