  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they understand and can utilize the platform effectively to drive business success.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, ensuring the platform remains cutting-edge and aligned with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce and public sector experience in permitting, licensing, inspections, and compliance.
  • Application of Salesforce technologies to solve client business requirements would be an asset.
  • Business analysis, requirements, and/or product ownership certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work and support PST time-zone hours.
