About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Laborer to join our team at R. N. Capital Management Ltd. as a key member of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Animal Care: Feed and tend to animals, including beef cattle, turkeys, and other livestock.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • General Farm Duties: Perform a variety of tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the farm.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area, with staff accommodation available on site. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position, with a typical workweek of 40-60 hours.
