Job Title: Plasterer Helper

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer Helper to join our team at Brothers Stucco Ltd. As a Plasterer Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our plastering team in completing various construction projects.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting plasterers in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials. You will also be involved in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt. Additionally, you will assist in demolishing buildings, cleaning and piling salvaged materials, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment:

As a Plasterer Helper, you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
