Pathfind is collaborating with a distinguished and forward-thinking insurance brokerage to fill the role of Commercial Account Manager. This position is vital for the growth and maintenance of client accounts in a dynamic environment. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team and report to the Senior Account Manager (Team Lead) to facilitate the expansion, renewal, and servicing of client accounts, thereby supporting the brokerage's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pre-renewal correspondence, policies, endorsements, customer records, bonds, certificates, cover notes, and cancellation requests.
  • Supervise the creation of proposals, insurance binders, policy renewal documents, certificates of insurance, cover notes, pink cards, mortgage requests, and certificates.
  • Evaluate, rate, and quote new and renewal complex risks.
  • Assist Sales Executives in gathering essential information for accurate submissions; distribute quotes, proposals, and policies effectively.
  • Prepare reconciliations for customer accounts.
  • Identify potential bad debts and implement proactive measures to mitigate Errors & Omissions.
  • Promote cross-selling or up-selling of additional products and services.
  • Accompany Sales Executives on client visits to aid in presenting insurance proposals.
  • Address all client inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Gather and follow up on underwriting information by overseeing the completion of brokerage applications.
  • Participate in meetings and company events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Level 2 General License is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines is essential.
  • A proactive approach to customer interactions is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking are expected.
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment is preferred.

The salary for this position starts at $70,000, with additional incentives available.
