CINT INTERNATIONAL TRADE INC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of delivery drivers and projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Train and Develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in logistics and transportation.
  • Coordinate Schedules and activities to ensure optimal use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.
  • Record and Monitor special delivery and registered mail to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish and Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Assist Drivers with loading and unloading vehicles to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Team Player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
