Restaurant Cook

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at 1188963 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English or French, and relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
