Our client, a well-established company, is seeking a Production Manager to lead a diverse team of 12, which includes professionals from Purchasing, Shop Supervision, Trades, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Shipping/Receiving, and Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 12, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives for team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing a team of 8 or more.
- Experience in a small to midsize custom manufacturing or automation environment is essential.
- Post-secondary education in a technical, engineering, or relevant manufacturing field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of tooling, machinery, quality assurance, and health & safety regulations is required.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills are a must.
