Job Summary

M KREATIVE DESIGN GROUP LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Drafting Supervisor to lead our technical team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of engineering designs and drawings, supervising drafting personnel, and developing design sketches.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Drawing Preparation: Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  2. Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior drafting personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  3. Design Development: Develop and prepare design sketches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
  4. Technical Reporting: Write and edit technical reports, ensuring clarity and concision in communicating design concepts and solutions.
  5. Quality Control: Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  6. Client Collaboration: Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language of Work: English

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
