Job Summary

M KREATIVE DESIGN GROUP LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Drafting Supervisor to lead our technical team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of engineering designs and drawings, supervising drafting personnel, and developing design sketches.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Drawing Preparation: Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  2. Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior drafting personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  3. Design Development: Develop and prepare design sketches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity.
  4. Technical Reporting: Write and edit technical reports, ensuring clear and concise communication of design concepts and project status.
  5. Quality Control: Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  6. Client Collaboration: Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language of Work: English

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
