About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Nova Scotia. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including sales, service, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of Front Counter, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and more.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales both to customers and within a B2B context, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Valid Driver's License: Willingness to travel and support multiple locations in the Nova Scotia region.
