About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Nova Scotia. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, including sales, customer service, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of retail professionals, including front counter staff, tire technicians, and other support staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Prioritize tasks, ensure impeccable customer experiences, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationships, and business development initiatives.
  • Recruitment and Leadership: Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier talent, while championing customer-first priorities and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Safety and Compliance: Lead by example, follow safety protocols, and prioritize the welfare of team members and customers.
Requirements
  • Managerial Experience: Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a retail or related industry.
  • Customer-Centric: Exhibit strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Safety Focus: Embrace a safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing required PPE.
  • Valid Driver's License: Willingness to travel and support multiple locations in the Nova Scotia region.
