Job Description

Podium Catchers Consultant Inc. is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring a strong and effective team structure.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, ensuring a strong and capable leadership team.
  • Event Management: Manage events and activities that promote the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
