Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to ensure efficient repair.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Products: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete Work Orders and Reports: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports to document repair activities.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
