The Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a skilled physician to join our Mental Health and Addiction Program. As a key member of our inter-professional clinical team, you will provide evidence-informed withdrawal management and related mental health and addiction care in an outpatient setting.
Working 37.5 hours per week, you will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient-centered care. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with opportunities for virtual care. This role could be shared among multiple physicians, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide withdrawal management and related mental health and addiction care in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with an inter-professional clinical team to deliver patient-centered care
- Work a total of 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for virtual care
