Requirements:

  • Valid AZ license with a clean driving history
  • Skilled in using hand tools and a willingness to work with concrete and compressor equipment
  • Ability to adapt to various shifts and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in grading, underground operations, road construction, asphalt laying, or general construction

Job Overview

As an Asphalt Paving Technician, you will be an essential member of our paving team, responsible for laying and finishing asphalt, aiding in traffic management, and ensuring the longevity of road surfaces. Your daily responsibilities will encompass material transportation, operating power tools, and becoming proficient with various asphalt machinery.
