Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
