Position Overview

The role of the Liquor Store Supervisor at Heights Liquor involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service in a retail environment focused on alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within retail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales staff effectively.
  • Manage inventory and order stock as needed.

  • Develop and implement work schedules for team members.
  • Engage in direct sales activities and assist customers.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems to ensure product availability.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff.
