Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

  • Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, ensuring a strong fit for the role and company culture.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide guidance on interviewing and evaluation techniques.

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.

  • Diploma or degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

  • Understanding of administrative processes related to recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to work within a regulatory and compliance-driven environment.
