About the Role

Clio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software applications, working closely with our team of developers to solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of software applications, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all team members have access to up-to-date information.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with fellow team members and customers.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
