About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cable Television Network Specialist to join our team at GREAT FIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable television networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports to document work completed.
  • Initiate the dispatch of repair personnel as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.
  • Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures to access and repair equipment.
  • Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets to ensure seamless service.
  • Determine work assignments and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access for customers.
