Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Test Results and Adjust Equipment

Utilize advanced testing equipment to analyze and troubleshoot issues with our cable television network. Make adjustments and repairs as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Complete and Maintain Service Reports

Accurately document and maintain detailed records of all service calls, including test results and any necessary repairs or adjustments.

Initiate Repair Personnel Dispatch

Identify and dispatch the necessary repair personnel to address customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Operate Computerized Testing Systems

Utilize advanced computerized testing systems to conduct thorough service tests on customer lines and equipment.

Climb and Work Aloft

Perform climbing and aerial work as necessary to access and repair equipment located on poles, ladders, or other support structures.

Connect, Disconnect, and Relocate Cable Outlets

Install, maintain, and repair cable outlets as required to ensure seamless service delivery.

Determine Work Assignments

Assess and prioritize work assignments to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal service delivery.

Install Cable Modems and Software

Install and configure cable modems and software to enable high-speed internet access for our customers.
