We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Estimator to join our team at Ignite Construction. As a Junior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, preparing pre-qualification submissions to present to clients, and reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs for construction projects
  • Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present to clients
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads
  • Advise on tendering procedures
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
