We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Badlands Motel. Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and operations
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work of hotel staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Willing to relocate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
