Job Title: Strategic Director, Retirement and Benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Director, Retirement and Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing retirement and benefits programs that promote employee well-being, align with our global strategies, and meet local requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Talent Management team to achieve business objectives and strategies.
  • Develop and implement retirement and benefits programs that are data-driven and employee-centric.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on benefits and retirement programs that promote employee well-being and align with our global strategies.
  • Lead the communication efforts for retirement, savings, and benefits programs to ensure employee understanding and perception of value.
  • Ensure all benefits programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources, with a strong background in retirement and benefits programs in a financial services or professional services organization.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits programs, policies, procedures, and laws applicable to at least two locations where we have global offices.
  • Experience with HR software and benefits administration systems.
