We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at I-WAY TRANSPORT INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving business growth through strategic talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and deliver employee development programs, training initiatives, and recognition schemes to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the administration of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and performance management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that support business objectives and promote a positive work culture.

Requirements

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations; excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
