Job Summary

Pizzability is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and ensure that staff are trained accordingly.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is presented to the highest standard.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and trained to meet the demands of the establishment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and for extended periods.
