Food Service Supervisor

Pizzability is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
