Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at EDO JAPAN. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
