Requirements:

  • Marketing Certificate combined with additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the printing industry, corporate gifts supply, or light manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
