About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at BioSyent Pharma. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.
  • Provide training and support to users on Tableau functionality and best practices.
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Commercial Activity Reports.
  • Act as a partner with the business units to troubleshoot day-to-day and high-level strategic problems.
  • Provide management with actionable insights based on in-depth analysis of the commercial and competitive environments.
  • Streamline and standardize existing processes by identifying and developing opportunities to increase efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce, with a focus on management and/or analytics.
  • 2-5 years of experience with Tableau and data visualization.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Investigative mindset and ability to apply to a broad range of tools and situations.
  • Hard working, goal-oriented personality with excellent organizational and time management skills.
