Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Coordinator to manage and streamline our logistics operations at ALPATECH GLOBAL LOGISTICS INC.. This role is essential in ensuring efficient freight forwarding and operational logistics.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic freight forwarding setting, coordinating various shipping tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and manage orders and instructions from clients
  • Plan and organize the logistical operations of the company
  • Track and finalize work orders efficiently
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Dispatch personnel according to established schedules and work orders
  • Address and follow up on issues related to work orders
  • Understand cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and assist in any necessary investigations.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in dispatch management service software
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
Industry Experience

Experience in the shipping line industry is preferred.

Safety and Security

Must pass a criminal record check and possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
