Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Two Hills Liquor Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a well-organized store environment
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
