Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Industry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating HR activities, and directing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Direct staff to achieve organizational objectives
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Motivate staff to achieve their full potential
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Train staff to develop their skills and knowledge
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate placement
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform decision-making
- Oversee the development of communication strategies to engage employees
- Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations
- Advise senior management on HR-related matters
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful process
- Recruit and hire staff to meet organizational needs
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance
- Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 37.5 hours per week
