About the Role

AirSculpt is seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service in our offices.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Perform nursing tasks with clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and disinfecting equipment.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, and patient coordinators, to ensure seamless daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly.
  • Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
  • Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
  • Remain tactful, mature, and able to work effectively with diverse personalities.
Requirements
  • Current Nurse license (RN, RPN, LVN, LPN) with a minimum of two years' nursing experience.
  • ACLS Certificate required.
  • IV Certificate required (for LVNs/LPNs).
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
  • High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience.
  • Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
