Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, client-centered services that meet the unique needs and expectations of individuals and families.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and implement strategies to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and industry developments to inform service delivery and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field, such as education, social work, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in working with vulnerable populations.
- Bilingualism (oral and written) in English and French.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Work Environment:
- Flexible 35-hour workweek to meet the needs of the role.
