About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Co-Care Health Group Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments and outings.
  • Light Exercise: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking or other light physical activities.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients.
  • Household Maintenance: Assist with household maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or performing minor repairs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
