STORE MANAGER

The Store Manager plays a crucial role within our KENT leadership teams. This position is accountable for overseeing all store operations, which includes achieving financial targets, managing team performance, and cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace through employee engagement initiatives and store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily retail operations and ensure optimal performance.
  2. Foster a culture of safety and attention to detail.
  3. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  4. Implement process improvements and evaluate alternative solutions effectively.
  5. Manage budget development and financial oversight.
  6. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  8. Utilize technology for project management and problem-solving, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
