STORE MANAGER

The Store Manager plays a crucial role within our KENT leadership teams. This position oversees all aspects of store operations, including achieving financial objectives, managing team performance, and cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace through employee engagement and store initiatives. Successful Store Managers often advance to roles such as district manager or district sales manager, or transition into other areas of our organization.

We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our KENT location.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management
  2. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety
  3. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
  4. Capability to act as a change agent, implementing process enhancements and assessing alternative solutions
  5. Solid understanding of budget creation and financial oversight
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  7. Outstanding customer service aptitude
  8. Proficient in utilizing technology for project management, analysis, and problem-solving (including Microsoft Office Suite)
