Job Title: Bookkeeper

Swift Accounting Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and perform various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
