About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Clinician to join our Employee & Family Assistance Program team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering confidential counseling, case management, and direct clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide EFAP services, including confidential counseling, case management, and direct clinical services
  • Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes
  • Develop service plans outlining a specific plan of action with each client under periodical supervision
  • Complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments as needed
  • Be available to work two evenings or a weekend day of client sessions, and occasional on-call
Requirements
  • Masters in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or other related discipline
  • Valid registration with the relevant governing body in New Brunswick & Nova Scotia
  • Minimum 3 years of counseling experience
  • Experience in brief solution-oriented counseling
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills required; French is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
