CB Canada is actively seeking licensed mental health professionals interested in offering services on a contract basis for our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).
Our EFAP providers offer short-term, solution-focused counseling addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, workplace challenges, stress management, and addiction, and are equipped to assist individuals, couples, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver short-term, targeted, solution-oriented counseling to address a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, relationship issues, stress management, and addiction.
- Work with adult individuals, couples, families, and children.
- Provide telephonic support for clients in crisis.
- Maintain adherence to professional standards and best practices.
- Participate in training and team meetings as required.
- Master's Degree in a counseling-related field; or a Bachelor of Social Work degree with relevant registration and counseling experience.
- Registration or clinical membership with a regulatory body in your province of practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling, social services, or addiction services.
- Experience in the EFAP sector is advantageous.
- Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as determined by CB Canada.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
