This permanent part-time position covers the Emergency Department and the Surgical Unit + Pre-surgical screening areas. As a Social Worker, you will provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, and treatment coordination for designated clients and their families. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and the multidisciplinary team to provide direct psychosocial care, counseling, and group work, system navigation, and advocacy. The successful candidate will require experience working in healthcare, with preference given to those with experience in acute care.
