The Role: Baker & Breakfast Cook
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker & Breakfast Cook to join our team at one of our world-class camp facilities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your culinary expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of delicious baked goods from scratch, ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness.
- Maintain an ample supply of pastries and desserts, meticulously restocking shelves and adhering to production schedules.
- Craft delectable breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, and more, catering to a diverse range of tastes.
- Develop and implement creative menus for baked goods and desserts, ensuring consistent quality and flavor profiles.
- Package and label all baked goods according to established procedures, maintaining accurate dating and labeling practices.
- Adhere to strict food hygiene regulations and safety protocols, complying with industry standards and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor night shift employees, providing guidance and training to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
