You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
Communication and CorrespondenceYou will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Data Management and EntryYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets, as well as performing data entry tasks.
Office AdministrationYou will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all office supplies and equipment are in good working order.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
