Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. As a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deals.
  • Work with private lenders to provide financing for commercial real estate projects.
  • Draft complex commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
