Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers, analysts, and quality engineers in software development, focusing on advancing and supporting Enterprise Systems HR, Legal & Compliance, and Public Affairs and Communications departments.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to drive end-to-end technology solution implementation.
- Build a high-performing team with the right competencies to deliver services that meet and exceed business expectations.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance, driving agile software delivery and ensuring DevOps/Quality Engineering for supported products.
- Identify and highlight risks/issues, taking ownership to resolve and foster a culture of transparency.
- Effectively communicate with peers and senior stakeholders, influencing business decisions and building trusted relationships.
- 8+ years of experience in technology, with a focus on software development and people leadership.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices and experience working with HR, Legal, Public Affairs, and Communications business and systems.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and business users.
