We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our team at Bru Na Boyne Construction Ltd. As a Carpenters, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and layout construction sites in accordance with building codes and regulations, using measuring tools and equipment.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and other materials, to create and install building components.
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and train other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete their tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is various locations, including construction sites and offices.
LanguageThe primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
